Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager and Receptionist to oversee operations at Zen Healthcare. This role is vital in ensuring our clinic runs smoothly and aligns with our mission of providing exceptional holistic health services. Duties will include providing full secretarial support to our consultants. You will ensure the appropriate management of patient appointments, liaising with patients and clinic staff as required in order to facilitate this. As a Clinic Manager and Receptionist you'll be responsible for ensuring the continued provision of the highest quality of secretarial and administrative support.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with company goals and CQC regulations.
* Monitor financial performance.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with health regulations (GMC and CQC standards).
* Foster a positive clinic environment that promotes patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a private clinics.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Knowledge of human resources practices is preferred.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

* Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
* Graphic design: 2 years (preferred)
* Clinic Reception Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a GP receptionist, with a deep understanding of practice operations and patient care.
* Understand CQC standards.
