DNA Recruit are working for a fast-growing, award-winning creative management consultancy who are looking for a commercially astute Sales Director to help drive the next phase of its growth. This consultancy works with ambitious, tech-forward brands and businesses to solve complex commercial challenges and turn brand strategy into tangible business performance.

With a strong marketing engine already producing high-quality thought leadership, campaigns and inbound leads, they are now seeking a senior sales professional to convert this momentum into meaningful commercial growth.
About the Role
* Own and develop the consultancy’s sales pipeline, converting inbound and nurtured leads into qualified opportunities and new engagements.
* Lead the journey from MQL through SQL to conversion, working closely with a four-person marketing team delivering content, campaigns and thought leadership.
* Engage CMOs, CEOs and other senior leaders in consultative, commercially focused conversations around strategy, market competitiveness, trading performance and brand transformation.
* Identify and develop new client opportunities across multiple tech-driven sectors, crafting tailored outreach and positioning strategies.
* Collaborate with marketing to feed back market intelligence and help shape future campaigns and content strategy.
* Maintain strong CRM discipline and report on pipeline progress, forecasts and conversion performance.
* Play a key role in achieving an ambitious growth target of approximately £1m GM in 2026.
Skills and Experience Required
* Proven experience in a senior sales role within consulting, marketing services or a professional services environment.
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to discuss business performance, market dynamics and strategy with senior stakeholders.
* Experience engaging and building relationships with C-suite decision makers.
* Experience or network in Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions or Venture Capital is essential.
* A natural hunter who is equally comfortable developing long-term client relationships.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, founder-led consultancy environment.
* Highly organised, self-driven and disciplined in managing pipeline activity and follow-up.
