Early applications are encouraged.***You’ll bring proven experience in estates, facilities or site management, a strong understanding of health and safety, and a proactive, practical approach. You’ll also demonstrate leadership, reliability and excellent problem-solving skills.**As a key member of our Estates team, you will:*** Carry out and oversee maintenance and repairs across school buildings and grounds.* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including fire safety, asbestos, legionella, COSHH and emergency procedures.* Manage site security, including opening/closing, alarms and callouts.* Supervise cleaning teams and manage contractors on site.* Support minor projects, refurbishments and improvement works.* Respond promptly to issues and maintain high standards across all academies.This is a practical, hands-on role where you’ll take a proactive approach to keeping our academies safe, secure and well-maintained.
