Are you an experienced Insurance Account Handler?
Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an Insurance Account Handler. You will play a key role in supporting clients, managing insurance portfolios, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. If you have a strong background in insurance, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused approach, then this role is for you!

Qualifications
* Experience as an Insurance Account Handler or similar role
* Strong knowledge of commercial or personal lines insurance products
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Manage a portfolio of insurance clients, ensuring all policies are maintained and serviced effectively
* Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries
* Provide expert advice on suitable insurance products tailored to client needs
* Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and obtain competitive quotes
* Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with compliance requirements
* Deliver exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships with clients
