Role Description
The Psychology Tutor will deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions, tailor learning plans to students' needs, and assist with enhancing their understanding of psychological concepts. The role involves preparing lesson plans, conducting assessments, providing feedback for improvement, and fostering a conducive learning environment for students.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Conduct live one-on-one online classes for international students
* Create a supportive and engaging learning environment
* Design and deliver interactive lesson plans aligned with Cambridge A Levels Psychology curriculum
* Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance
* Adapt teaching methods based on individual learning needs
Requirements
o Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Cambridge A Levels Psychology
o Prior experience in online teaching and handling international students will be an added advantage
o Strong command of the English language (verbal and written)
o Desktop/Laptop with stable broadband internet connection
o Willing to work a minimum of 4 to 6 hours per week
