Job Description:
A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced surveyor to manage the maintenance, compliance, and minor project work needed across this company's Midlands portfolio.
Working remotely (based from home), you'll be using your skills as a project manager, building surveyor, facilities manager, or similar to visit various sites and check the condition of the properties as needed.
Building relationships with each of the site teams is crucial, ensuring you're on top of both planned maintenance and reactive issues that can't be handled on-site. You'll also be responsible for ensuring compliance across the estate, so experience with compliance and facilities management is important. Additionally, any project work will be organized by you through JCT contracts; writing specifications, tendering to contractors, and ensuring quality of work.
You don't need to be chartered, but experience working autonomously across multiple sites is beneficial. Project delivery experience for projects up to £300k is necessary, along with some experience in facilities, compliance, and maintenance.
