Quest Employment is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established and reputable furniture manufacturer based in Northampton.
This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.
The Role
Working as part of the production team, you will be involved in the manufacturing and finishing of furniture products, with a focus on upholstery and quality-driven tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Upholstering furniture to required quality standards
* Sewing and stitching fabric components accurately
* Assembling and finishing furniture products
* Using hand tools and machinery safely and correctly
* Inspecting work to ensure high quality and consistency
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
* Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times
