Contract Coordinator – Canon UK Sites
Are you passionate about creating exceptional workplace experiences?
Mitie is looking for a proactive and dynamic Contract Coordinator to lead the delivery of Technical Facilities Management (FM) services across Canon's flagship Uxbridge site and four regional UK locations.
This is a high-impact, site-based role where you'll be the vital link between Mitie, Canon, and our service partners, ensuring smooth operations, outstanding customer service, and a collaborative team culture. You'll be the face of Mitie TS on-site, driving service excellence and making a real difference to the daily experience of Canon employees and visitors.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll coordinate Technical FM services across multiple sites, ensuring all activities meet service level agreements and client expectations. As the central point of contact, you'll manage communications between clients, colleagues, and subcontractors, while building strong stakeholder relationships and promoting a culture of ownership and responsiveness.
Using CAFM systems such as Maximo MAS, Click, and SAP, you'll oversee service requests and updates, monitor reactive and planned maintenance, and ensure timely resolution of issues. You'll also attend regular meetings, providing structured updates on performance and service delivery, and champion a workplace environment that reflects Canon's values and standards.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in FM service delivery within multi-occupancy or large-scale environments, along with a solid understanding of helpdesk workflows and QHS&E procedures. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to engage confidently across all levels.
We're looking for someone with a proactive, team-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for customer service. You should be comfortable managing stakeholders and prioritising workloads and ideally have experience with Maximo (v7.6+), Click, or MiJobs. An IOSH certification is desirable but not essential.
