Graphic Designer
Location: Southend on Sea, Essex
Salary:£28,000 to £30,000 per annum
Contract: 12-month fixed-term maternity contract
Hours: Monday to Friday

Noble Recruiting are working with a creative business in Southend on Sea who are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join their team on a 12-month maternity contract.
This is a varied, hands‑on design role working closely with the Creative Director and Digital Strategist across branding, digital, web, print and marketing projects.
The role would suit a confident Graphic Designer with strong creative foundations, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple design projects at once.
Key responsibilities:
* Creating brand identity work and visual brand systems
* Designing web layouts and digital assets
* Producing print design and production‑ready artwork
* Creating social media graphics and campaign content
* Supporting ongoing marketing and digital collateral
* Working from initial concept through to final delivery
* Speaking with clients by phone and email
* Joining client meetings and presenting design ideas clearly
* Managing deadlines across a varied workload
Skills and experience required:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Graphic Design role
* Strong design fundamentals across layout, branding and visual systems
* Confident working across both digital and print design
* Experience producing artwork for print and digital use
* Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
* Figma experience would be beneficial
* Motion graphics or After Effects knowledge would be desirable but not essential
* Confident communicating with clients
* Organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload
* Happy working as part of a small, close‑knit creative team
