Role Description
The Tool Hire Manager is a full-time on-site position located in Paisley. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the Tool Hire department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, overseeing the maintenance and availability of hire equipment, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. You will lead and train a dedicated team, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure an efficient and profitable operation.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships
* Proven proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management
* Experience in Training and mentoring teams to achieve operational excellence
* Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess performance and implement improvements
* Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
* Knowledge of health and safety standards is advantageous
* Previous experience in the tool hire or related industry is a plus
* Valid driver’s license may be required for operational needs
