The role: To work with the Head of Employer Engagement to effectively implement the Employer Engagement Strategy - specifically through Key Account Management of large levy paying employers in South Wales & beyond. Part time (31 hours per week across 5 days) Working pattern: Monday: 9.30 - 2.30 Tuesday - Thursday: 9.30 - 5 Friday: 9.30 - 4.30 Fixed term for 3 months £32,557 - £34,449 per annum Jubilee Court Campus (Fforestfach) Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact between Key Accounts and Gower College Swansea. The role will have a focus on apprenticeship provision - both upskilling existing staff members, but also in the recruitment of new staff into their organisations. Communicate confidently with key employers’ senior HR/OD representatives - understanding their objectives/targets and working with them to achieve these through effective implementation of learning and development support offered via Gower College Swansea. Work closely with the Head of Work Based Learning to ensure that accounts are supplied with the most accurate information, effective recruitment support, and specialist advice and guidance.
