Job Overview
We are looking for a Product Development Specification Technologist to join our New Product Development (NPD) team! You'll play a key role in crafting innovative recipes, refining existing formulations, and ensuring all specifications meet customer requirements. Working closely with the NPD, Technical, and Quality teams, you'll help bring exciting new food products to market while ensuring scalability for production.
Day-to-Day Duties
? Develop & refine recipes with the NPD team to meet customer briefs and market trends.
Source ingredients & prepare customer samples, ensuring accurate costing analysis.
