This is a hands‑on and strategic role, focused on building resilient, values‑led teams that make a real difference.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll drive operational excellence across recruitment, lead TA projects, and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business. You will also:</p><ul><li>Deputise for the Head of Talent Acquisition, making decisions independently and supporting the wider TA team</li><li>Lead and deliver Talent Acquisition projects</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to forecast recruitment needs and align talent strategy with business goals</li><li>Build and manage external partnerships (e.g. schools, colleges, universities, job centres, local communities)</li><li>Lead proactive sourcing campaigns across operational and leadership roles</li><li>Develop strong talent pipelines through networking, community engagement and digital outreach</li><li>Champion inclusive hiring practices and promote a values‑led employer brand</li><li>Use labour market data and insights to inform workforce planning and recruitment decisions</li><li>Enhance employer brand presence through storytelling, social media and sector engagement</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition projects within an in‑house TA or recruitment function</li><li>Strong end‑to‑end recruitment experience in a fast‑paced environment, using proactive direct sourcing</li><li>Happy to combine hands‑on recruitment while also working on projects</li><li>Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate workforce needs</li><li>Confidence influencing stakeholders and driving change</li><li>Strong data literacy and workforce planning capability</li><li>A solutions‑focused, inquisitive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement</li><li>A highly customer‑focused approach</li><li>Knowledge of right to work requirements, visas and sponsorship</li></ul><p>A <b>full driving licence</b> is required due to travel to multiple sites, some of which are not easily accessible by public transport.</p><p><b>Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
