Overview
A Field Market Research Interviewer conducts door-to-door surveys, visiting neighbourhoods to invite people to participate in surveys. The role includes a scheduled 6-hour shift (typically starting around 1–2pm) as part of multiple shifts per week, with hours generally between 9am and 8pm on weekdays and weekends.
The interviewer uses a company-provided tablet to record responses. Training is provided to build confidence in approaching people, and mileage reimbursement is available for travel. This position offers the opportunity to make a real difference by gathering information that helps businesses and organisations make decisions that impact the community.
Responsibilities
* Go door-to-door to invite people to participate in surveys.
* Use a company-provided tablet to record responses and manage data collection.
* Attend training provided by Ipsos to develop confidence and effective interviewing skills.
* Travel to and from assignments with mileage reimbursement.
* Maintain professional interactions with respondents to ensure accurate and respectful data collection.
