We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor in Scotland who will be responsible for delivering work that is driven by excellence and doing the right thing.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports across the lifecycle of your projects.
* Provide accurate monitoring, forecasting and reporting of project costs and programme performance ensuring value for money and cost efficiency for clients.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
* Administer a variety of contracts to ensure commercial control and compliance.
* Manage contract change collaboratively and effectively as appropriate for the project needs.
* Provide sound commercial knowledge and support to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Proven track record of quantity surveying and commercial management of major infrastructure projects.
* Professional accreditation (RICS, CICES) preferred or currently working towards.
* Experience with NEC contracts and similar.
* Hold relevant professional certifications such as Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, etc.
