We are currently working with a number of established contractors and housing providers who are looking to recruit experienced Multi Traders.
This is a great opportunity to join well-established maintenance teams delivering essential repairs within residential properties.
Duties will include:
* Carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair work across multiple trades
* Works to include carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, plastering and decorating
* Diagnosing faults and completing first-time fix repairs where possible
* Responsive maintenance within occupied and void properties
* Managing workloads effectively and completing works within required timeframes
* Using mobile devices to receive, update and complete work orders
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience as a Multi Trader
* Essential: Experience within Social Housing, MOD or similar residential environments
* A strong all-round skillset across multiple trades
* Relevant qualifications desirable (NVQ/City & Guilds)
* Full UK driving licence
