What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting pupils across the classroom, helping them stay focused and confident
* Working 1:1 or in small groups to boost progress and build independence
* Supporting the class teacher with lessons, resources, and behaviour management
* Encouraging a positive, nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive
What you’ll need:
* A Level 2 or higher Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience supporting pupils in primary or SEND settings
* A patient, kind and proactive approach to helping children succeed
* Great communication skills and a can-do attitude
