About the Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to project manage national innovation projects as part of the Accelerated National Innovation Adoption (ANIA) Pathway. The post holder will work closely with a wide range of key partners and stakeholders, including national and territorial boards. Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate a clear vision for change on a Once for Scotland basis are essential.
Candidate Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to secure clinical and operational engagement.
* Ability to drive safe, effective, and person-centred improvements in care.
* In-depth understanding of project management and improvement methodologies, with recognized practical expertise.
* Ability to work within a political and fast-paced environment, managing deadlines and responding to changing priorities.
