Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is perfect for someone with 1-3 years of experience in a similar position within the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate is based in the Boston area, but we are open to remote candidates located on the East Coast. If you have a passion for technology, a knack for building relationships, and a track record of generating and nurturing high-quality leads, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
* Work in lock-step with Marketing to qualify inbound leads and set up high-quality meetings for the sales team.
* Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop targeted prospecting strategies.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Salesloft .
* Research and identify new market opportunities and key decision-makers within target accounts.
* Work with the marketing team to develop compelling outreach campaigns.
* Track and report on key performance metrics, including call volume, meetings booked, and pipeline growth.
* Continuously refine your sales approach based on feedback and performance data.
Required Qualifications:
* 1-3 years of experience as a BDR or SDR in a SaaS or technology environment.
* Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Salesloft .
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-motivated with a competitive drive to meet and exceed targets.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
