Key Responsibilities
* Lead global delivery of digital products, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes
* Champion agile delivery practices across teams, with a strong emphasis on SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to align technical delivery with customer needs
* Translate strategic goals into actionable engineering and people roadmaps
* Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-led thinking
* Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
* Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, architecture, and team performance
* Stay ahead of industry trends and guide the evolution of the product portfolio and digital capabilities
About you
* Proven experience in leading software engineering teams across global environments
* Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Azure, .NET, and Angular
* Deep understanding of agile methodologies, with practical experience implementing SAFe at scale
* Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term product evolution
* Passion for solving customer problems through technology
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
