The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a strong academic background in Drama or Theatre Arts and a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Possesses a minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience at the secondary level (preferred).
* Demonstrates a creative and engaging teaching style that incorporates a variety of approaches, from traditional acting exercises and improvisation games to movement exploration and multimedia integration.
