Job Title: Creative Teaching Assistant

£110 - £130 per day

Job Duties:
1. Supporting the primary teacher in delivering creative and engaging lessons
2. Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment
3. Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help
4. Preparing and organising teaching materials and resources
5. Participating in meetings with teachers and parents to discuss student progress
Required Qualifications:
6. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
7. Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to work effectively in a team
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
10. Understanding of child development and learning processes
11. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
12. Organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
13. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
14. First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
15. Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
