Overview
A 25 hour Catering Assistant post working any hours between 8am – 6pm has arisen within our busy kitchen to work as part of a team to maintain a clean safe working environment and to assist in the preparation and plating up of all patient meals.
Responsibilities
* Work as part of a team or on your own initiative to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
* Assist in the preparation and plating of patient meals.
* Maintain a clean, safe working environment in accordance with hygiene standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative, follow instructions and possess good communication skills.
* Must be able to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and comply with the Code of Conduct throughout employment.
* An Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable, but full training will be provided.
* Applicants should be well educated, of smart appearance, and have good customer communication skills.
