About the role
13. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm
14. We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
15. The base location for this role is Derby, DE21 7BS
What you'll do
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will:
16. Book in visitors, contractors, and external guests
17. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
18. Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
19. Manage site access control systems, issuing and updating passes and fobs
20. Provide general administrative support to teams and managers
21. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
22. Accurately enter and update data in internal systems
23. Schedule meetings and manage diaries
24. Respond to emails and general enquiries
25. Act as a point of contact for staff, customers, and suppliers
26. Support internal communication across departments
27. Maintain office equipment (printers, phones, etc.)
28. Raise purchase orders or log costs
29. Liaise closely with the gatehouse regarding visitor access, deliveries, and site security
30. Maintain fire registers and evacuation records
31. Manage pool car bookings and availability
32. Order and manage canteen stock and supplies
33. Maintain stationery levels and place regular orders
34. Maintain and update notice boards with company and safety information
35. Prepare and distribute internal newsletters or staff communications
36. Ensure key messages are communicated clearly and consistently across site
About you

44. IT skills including Microsoft 365; SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
45. Strong numerical and analytical skills
46. You are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative
