Customer Service & Sales Advisor

As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, processing orders, managing returns, and ensuring world-class customer service. You will work both independently and collaboratively to meet performance targets while building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Salesforce and Sage.
* Manage time effectively to ensure high productivity and service quality.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
* Provide accurate stock and pricing information to customers.
* Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
