Job Description
Business Development Executive - Marchwood
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about science and eager to start a career in sales. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships, and promoting our products to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and networking.
* Present and promote scientific products using clear, compelling arguments.
* Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure client retention.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, etc.)
* Experience of working within a Laboratory environment.
* Strong interest in sales and customer engagement.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to learn technical product details and explain them clearly.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
* Self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow professionally.
