Our client is one of the UKs leading names in the bathroom manufacturing industry and has been providing stylish, affordable bathroom solutions for over 30 years. With extensive manufacturing expertise and continued growth into new product ranges, they remain at the forefront of the market. Due to continued success, they are now looking to recruit an experienced factory/warehouse cleaner to join their team on a temp-to-permanent basis. The Role: Cleaning Operative As a Cleaning Operative, your duties will include: Cleaning office spaces Cleaning kitchen and canteen areas Cleaning toilets and washrooms Emptying bins Cleaning communal areas General cleaning of the warehouse environment Operating floor cleaning machines This is not an exhaustive list, and the role may develop over time. We are looking for someone who is keen to grow within the position. You will be required to work in line with strict Health & Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Full H&S training and role-specific training will be provided. Essential Skills & Experience Proven cleaning experience is essential Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is highly desirable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Experience using floor cleaning machines (advantageous) Ability to work well under pressure If you have the right skill set, we would love to hear from you.
