Responsibilities
 * Design and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires across multiple functions and therapeutic areas.
 * Own the operational execution of onboarding programmes, ensuring smooth delivery and a positive first impression for all new employees.
 * Develop and maintain field-facing learning plans, ensuring content remains current, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
 * Partner with HR, sales trainers, brand teams, and strategic events coordinators to manage training calendars and support key engagements (e.g., kick-offs, leadership summits).
 * Provide onboarding support to Nordic affiliates and help build scalable operational models for regional training.
 * Lead the transition from legacy training platforms to new systems (e.g., UMU to SuccessFactors).
 * Support the creation of new training modules from a technical project management perspective.
 * Collaborate with medical, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure all content meets compliance standards.
 * Engage external vendors and global partners to co-create training content and workshops.
 * Develop measurement frameworks to assess onboarding effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
 * Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
 * Highly organised and detail-focused, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
 * Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and fosters open communication.

Qualifications
 * Proven experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or field training roles.
 * Strong background in onboarding programme design and execution.
 * Familiarity with omnichannel sales environments and digital learning platforms.
 * Experience working with cross-functional teams including HR, legal, medical, and brand marketing.
 * Comfortable managing external vendors and global partnerships.
 * Technical project management experience in training content development is a plus.
