Role Overview
The role is responsible for Business Development Intelligence and Analysis within EMEA for S2, with potential to expand to projects in other regions. Secondary duties will involve supporting Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global Sales.
Responsibilities
Role Overview
1. Assist regional BD Heads and SVP BD in researching and identifying potential customer organizations and key stakeholders.
2. Collaborate in the development of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
3. Manage the flow of information internally, ensuring seamless communication between teams to improve sales capture.
4. Participate in sales pursuit activities, including lead generation, qualification, and nurturing.
5. Conduct competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and trends.
6. Support/ Lead the bidding process, ensuring all requirements are met.
7. Compile white papers and other thought leadership content.
8. Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards.
9. Potentially take on customer relationships as you gain experience.
10. Sharepoint / Teams collaboration tools established and maintained
11. Capture plan methodology developed, initiated and adopted within S2
Qualifications
12. Proven experience in sales pursuit, capture management, and business development.
13. Strong analytical skills for competitive analysis and market research.
14. Familiarity with international regulations and compliance standards
15. High computer literacy, which involves being able to work with Microsoft packages.
16. Excellent analytical, problem solving, self-management, and organizational skills.
17. Well-developed oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
18. Organizational and time management
19. Comfortable in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
20. Additional languages proficiency is a plus.
21. Willingness to travel
Candidate Requirements
22. Bachelor’s in business administration, finance, or economics or a related field
23. Relevant industry certifications
