Technical Manager (or Technical Coordinator/Senior Coordinator looking to step up) – About you?
* Strong Technical knowledge base from a Technical Design background of either architectural or civil engineering
* Educated to HNC / HND in a construction related qualification
* Experience working as a Technical Manager or Technical Coordinator looking to step up
* Experience working for a Housing Association, regional or national house builder or main contractor
* Experience working in the housebuilding industry preferably gained with a high-volume house builder
* Capable of producing viability layouts, detailed planning layouts for submission and other planning application supporting documents
* Experienced with the use of AutoCad and the production of working drawings for construction use
* Understanding of general design and technical processes with a reasonable knowledge of building regulations
