Live-in Care Assistant - Driver
Location: Peterborough & Surrounding areas
Contract: Care Delivery
Salary: £750 - £890 per week
Full induction and expert training provided. Live‑in role with paid breaks.

Responsibilities
* Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
* Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
* Manage their medication and prepare their meals
* Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
* Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
* Work independently and as part of a dedicated care team
* Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end‑of‑life care
* Maintain communication with our care team for support and guidance
Requirements
* Experience in live‑in care preferred
* Minimum of 2 years care experience
* Experience with complex care required
* Experience with Parkinson’s disease preferred
* Ability to live with customers for agreed shifts
* Follow care plans and Bluebird Care policies
* Commit to training, professionalism and confidentiality
* Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
