Hours: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Start Date: ASAPKey Duties/Responsibilities:This is a varied and rewarding position that plays a vital part in the smooth running of the school. You will be responsible for:
1. Administrative Support: Managing day-to-day school office operations, maintaining accurate records, handling correspondence, and supporting staff and students.
2. Finance Assistance: Processing orders, invoices, and payments; maintaining financial records; liaising with the local authority and suppliers.
3. Exams Officer Duties: Coordinating internal and external examinations, ensuringpliance with JCQ regulations, managing access arrangements, and supporting students during exam periods.
Key Skills/Experience:
4. Experience in school administration, finance, or exams
5. Emotionally resilient and able to work sensitively within a SEMH setting
6. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
7. A confidentmunicator with strong IT skills including school MIS
8. Able to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
