Location: Cromwell Hospital, 164-178 Cromwell Rd, London (SW5 0TU)
Contract: Bank
Hourly rate: £32.00 per hour Monday- Friday Day
£35.20 Per Hour Monday- Friday Nights & Saturday Days
£36.80 Per Hour Sunday & Bank Holiday

Caring for Level 2 and Level 3 patients, you will come across a wide range of cases which include Colorectal, Orthopaedics, Cardiothoracic, Lung surgery, Renal Transplants, Vascular, Liver Robotics, Neuro, Maxillofacial and Medical patients.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
1. Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of nursing care for Critical Care patients.
2. Work within a team, supervising and directing more junior staff and deputising for Senior Staff Nurse as required.
3. Act as a clinical role model for all members of staff, driving high standards of care at all times.
4. Collaboratively working with MDT which consists of Doctors, Pharmacists, Dieticians, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Infection Control & Tissue Viability Nurses to ensure the best quality of care is provided.
5. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, best practice and NMC codes with due care and attention
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
6. Registered General Nurse and NMC PIN required
7. Current nursing experience in Critical Care
8. Desire to develop both professionally and personally
9. ICU / Mentorship Course would be advantageous
