Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a permanent, part-time role, working three days per week (22.5 hours), with an annual salary of £17,230.
The successful candidate will work directly with AP residents, facilitating group activities, workshops, and developing pre-arrival and residential plans.
Responsibilities include being on the on-call rota and maintaining flexibility with working hours to accommodate residents' schedules, as many residents are engaged in community work.
Applicants should have recent PSO experience and be capable of utilizing probation systems to assist in planning and decision-making processes.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role involves liaising with partner agencies to address issues related to housing, drug dependency, and collaboration with probation colleagues and police.
