CENTRAL LONDON/OFFICE BASED Procurement Assistant needed with MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE in Construction Procurement, ideally with a main contractor or residential developer. The candidate should have a strong background in sourcing for concrete frame and high-density projects. This role is crucial in ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective procurement to support our portfolio of concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage procurement schedules aligned with the construction program.
* Coordinate with site teams to track and manage deliveries.
* Ensure timely arrival of materials and verify deliveries against orders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with UK and international suppliers and maintain procurement records.
* Support site operations through proactive material planning and supply chain risk management.
Must-Have Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in construction procurement, sourcing materials for concrete structures, ready-mix concrete, rebar, formwork, cladding systems, and general build materials.
* Strong knowledge of procurement programming and supply chain coordination, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Familiarity with digital procurement tools.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
