Biomedical Engineering Team Leader

Responsibilities
* Induct, develop and support a team of Biomedical Engineers to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed contract KPIs
* Supervise the workload of the team, allocating team members to optimize productivity
* Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) on medical equipment as per manufacturer’s guidelines
* Travel to various sites as required to perform Corrective and Preventive Maintenance
* Complete repairs on medical equipment as per manufacturer’s guidelines
* Complete associated admin required to close repairs and PMs as outlined in the Ergéa Standard Operating Procedures
* Maintain safe working practices within the hospital environment
* Comply with Ergéa Quality Assurance and Environmental, Health & Safety policies, maintaining a high standard of customer service and protecting the health and safety of colleagues, customers and the public, promptly raising any concerns regarding potential violations of policies
* Maintain spare part stock wherever necessary
* Directly support the Operational Centre Leader as needed
* Attend customer meetings when required
* Liaise with 3rd party suppliers for spare part and contract quotations
* Seek opportunities to grow Ergéa business
