This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Aseptic Services Unit at the Royal United Hospitals Bath and take an active role in the day‑to‑day organisation of our Aseptic Services, including Chemotherapy and Radiopharmacy. You’ll work closely with pharmacists, chemotherapy nurses, and the nuclear medicine team to schedule daily workloads and support the safe preparation of chemotherapy, monoclonal antibodies, and radiopharmaceuticals - all in accordance with SOPs and GMP. Teamwork is essential, as you’ll supervise, motivate, and guide staff to deliver a consistently high‑quality service. You’ll be central to maintaining efficient workflows while responding to clinical priorities and urgent demands.
