About Our Nursery
At Busy Bees Woking Knaphill, rated Good by Ofsted, we accommodate 130 children with a dedicated staff team that has long-standing experience in nurturing and caring for each child. We work collaboratively to provide the best opportunities for children in our care. Our nursery features engaging programs like Melody Bear for Bombos and Bumbles, as well as Stretch and Grow sessions for preschoolers, promoting physical activity and creativity. Role Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children’s development.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Act as a Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
* Track and report on children’s progress through observations and assessments.
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
* Experience working with children under 5.
* Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
You may have previous experience as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.
