WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
20. Responsible for Shift Managers and Crew
21. Supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries.
22. Provide an “above and beyond” experience for your team while creating an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun.
23. Ensuring every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience - You will deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way.
24. Leading from the front, you will be hands on working with the team on the line and on floor with customers.
