Client:
My client is a generalist main contractor delivering Private and Public sector projects operating out of Kent. They are looking for a Estimator to join their team and develop their skills and be part of their growing team. The projects they tender for range from DFE, Healthcare and Commercial projects.
Role:
* Develop your skills as a Estimator alongside regional professionals
* Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for various projects in the Public and Private sector
* Develop project specifications
* Write comprehensive reports
* Meet with potential and existing clients to discuss project requirements
* Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing
* Ensure all estimates are completed in a timely manner
* Maintain records of all estimates and correspondence with clients
* Previous experience using Conquest or Causeway is a benefit
