At TJX Europe, we’re hiring a fully qualified (ICAEW / ACCA / CIMA) Senior Financial Accountant to join our high-performing Financial Accounting team. This is a great opportunity for candidates coming from a Big 4 / Top 10 background, looking to gain broader commercial exposure in a fast-paced, international business.

What you’ll do:

• Own the integrity of financial reporting (P&L & balance sheet)
• Lead on month-end close and SOX-compliant reconciliations
• Support statutory accounts (local GAAP) and external audits
• Partner with finance and non-finance stakeholders to explain key variances
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies

What we’re looking for:

• Fully qualified accountant (ICAEW / ACCA / CIMA)
• Ideally from Big 4 / Top 10 trained, with audit + accounting exposure
• Strong grounding in financial reporting, controls, and balance sheets
• Confident communicator who can translate numbers into insights
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
