Location: Hybrid (UK with travel required)


At Charles Hope Apartments, we provide high-quality serviced apartments, delivering exceptional guest experiences through a digital-first approach. As we continue to expand both in the UK and Cape Town, we’re looking for a Partnership Manager to manage and nurture relationships with our agency partners, ensuring mutual success and growth.


What you’ll be doing

* Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our existing agency partners, becoming their go-to person for complex requests, strategic bookings, and group accommodation solutions.
* Representing Charles Hope at networking events, site visits, client meetings, and industry events, building our presence and reputation in the market.
* Identifying and engaging potential new agency partners, converting them into active, long-term clients.
* Regularly reviewing and updating your sales forecast, identifying trends and variances to ensure accurate planning and growth.
* Taking full ownership of your portfolio, collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smoothest, most seamless guest experience.
* Monitoring and analysing industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify opportunities for new partnerships or improvements to existing ones.
* Collaborating closely with the marketing and sales teams to align promotional campaigns, materials, and strategies with partner needs.
* Leading the onboarding process for new agency partners and providing ongoing support, training, and resources to keep them up to date with new product offerings.
* Regularly reviewing the performance of agency partners, ensuring KPIs and targets are met, and using data insights to adjust strategies.
* Managing conflict and resolving issues that arise with agency partners or their clients, maintaining strong relationships while ensuring satisfaction for all parties.
* Developing client retention strategies and loyalty programs to foster long-term partnerships and increase repeat business.
* Overseeing and managing the budget for partnership-related activities, ensuring all investments contribute to overall profitability.

* Excellent communication skills – confident, authentic, and comfortable engaging with clients at all levels.
* A strategic thinker with the ability to monitor industry trends and adjust approaches accordingly.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities while delivering exceptional results.
