What skills and experience we're looking for
This is a fixed-term position based on the continued need or funding for a specific pupil. The position will start in Lower Juniors and you will progress each year with the pupil until they leave the school.

What the school offers its staff
Willand School is a welcoming school with a strong ethos of care, respect, and purposeful learning. It is located in the village of Willand in the Culm Valley, with a population of over 3,500 residents.
Willand School is a Group 3 Community School with 400 children on roll. It has two form entry, a highly dedicated staff team including twenty-three teachers and twenty-four Teaching Assistants, a Business Manager, and three Administrative Officers.
The original building dates from 1948 and has been extended in recent years, comprising eleven interconnected classrooms in three extensions and three in the original building, providing a modern, spacious learning environment.
The school benefits from active parental involvement and a supportive PTFA that organizes various events and provides equipment.
