We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our small team to generate business for an EDUCATION RECRUITMENT CRM
Can you ❓✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education recruitment sector
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and negotiation
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted campaigns and strategies to drive sales growth
✅ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product enhancement
✅ Work closely with the development team to provide valuable feedback from clients and contribute to product improvement
✅ To communicate effectively with current clients, gain feedback and identify areas of improvement
✅ Leading TEAMS meetings with the goal of providing in depth product DEMO’s and answering questions from clients
Requirements:
☑ Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the software or tech industry OR within the field of Education recruitment
☑ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
☑ Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs
☑ Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
☑ Knowledge of the education recruitment sector is advantageous
☑ The ability to work well in a remote capacity ensuring you are accountable to your goals and able to communicate well with management teams.
