Newbury Investments invests in Sales Trainees from the start, offering industry-leading training tailored to the individual. This includes commercial knowledge, sales training, self-development, financial and analytical skills, and operational understanding. Trainees will be enrolled in sales training delivered by our sister company BMS Progress within the first year and receive 1-to-1 mentoring from an experienced business manager. Current roles:
Opportunities are available nationally across the 93 locations. Positions are primarily office-based Sales Trainees, with potential to develop into field-based Area Sales Managers. The role begins with training and understanding the business, progressing to sales targets, with opportunities to move into client-facing roles later.

Salary and Benefits:
* Basic salary: £28,000-£30,000 (outside London), £31,000-£33,000 (inside London)
