A leading law firm is seeking a Court of Protection Associate Solicitor in Manchester to join its award-winning Private Client team.
As a Court of Protection Associate Solicitor in Manchester, you’ll manage a high-quality caseload of Property and Affairs matters while supporting the growth of a well-established and highly regarded team.

The Role
* Managing a caseload of Property and Affairs Court of Protection matters
* Handling high-value and complex applications
* Supporting clients, families and professional deputies
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members
* Working closely with senior colleagues on complex cases
* Ensuring work is delivered efficiently and profitably
* Maintaining high levels of client care
* Supporting team growth and development
The Candidate
* 4+ PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive in Court of Protection or Private Client
* Experience handling Property and Affairs COP matters
* Strong client care and commercial awareness
* Confident managing deadlines and caseloads
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* High attention to detail
* Collaborative and professional approach
* Experience supervising junior staff desirable
