About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-orientedAdministrative Support professional to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer contracts remain accurate, current, and fully compliant, while supporting the smooth running of all brokerage administration processes. You’ll work closely with Senior Co-Ordinators and internal departments to deliver efficient and accurate administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately input and maintain customer contracts, pricing, and service details
* Ensure all live contract information and group pricing remains up to date
* Support the upload and management of annual price increases within internal systems
* Produce and process reports to identify incorrect or missing data
* Assist Senior Co-Ordinators with contract analysis and updates
* Complete customer and group updates within internal systems
* Update customer contact information where required
* Cleanse and maintain data records, including expiring outdated contracts
* Assist with maintaining subcontractor compliance documentation, including waste licences, insurance, and permits
* Ensure weight and service reports are received, recorded, and available for reporting purposes
* Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly and accurately
* Manage daily workload effectively to maximise efficiency and accuracy
* Provide additional administrative support to the department as required

* Proactive, solution-focused, and driven to complete tasks thoroughly within SLA targets
* Confident producing accurate reports with minimal errors
* Professional, transparent, and trustworthy in all interactions
* Flexible and willing to support the wider team when needed
* Skilled in conflict resolution with a positive, can-do attitude
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Teams
* Technically confident with strong PC skills
