Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Blackburn for a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle. The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in motor vehicle subjects, preparing lesson plans, and developing curriculum materials. Additional responsibilities include assessing and evaluating student performance, providing academic support and guidance, and maintaining accurate student records. The role also involves participating in staff meetings, professional development, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the motor vehicle program.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience in Motor Vehicle maintenance and repair techniques
* Teaching, training, and instructional skills, with a focus on motor vehicle subjects
* Curriculum development and lesson planning abilities
* Assessment, evaluation, and student performance monitoring skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team of educators
* Relevant industry certifications or qualifications in Motor Vehicle Engineering
* Experience working in an educational setting is advantageous
* Must hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one
