The Role

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or equivalent)
* Experience working with SEN in a primary setting (or strong passion to transition into SEN)
* A calm, patient, and resilient approach
* Ability to differentiate and adapt learning creatively
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
