Description
We are seeking a Lead UX Designer to join a global software company. The role involves leading a small UX team, designing user interfaces, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product usability. The position offers a hybrid working model with 2 days in the Nottingham office, a salary of up to £60,000, and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of UX professionals
* Design and prototype user interfaces for web applications
* Conduct user research and usability testing
* Maintain design systems and UI libraries
* Collaborate with product teams to define UX strategies
Requirements
* Degree in UX/UI Design, HCI, or related field
* Proven experience in UI/UX design and usability testing
* Strong skills with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design tools
* Experience leading UX teams
* Ability to conduct user research and synthesize insights
